We offer one-on-one exercise physiology and group fitness classes to suit your individual needs. Drop us a line below and tell us a little about yourself and your individual needs. You will have full access to our in-house Registered Nurse who is a specialist in pediatric and adults nursing.
Thor our accredited therapy dog is always ready to participate and bring some joy to all our lives.
